Databases and data solutions: structured, not scattered
When the same information lives in three Excel files and two systems, none of them can be trusted. QubeLogix designs and builds databases, migrates existing data and makes it usable: for your team, for reporting, and as a knowledge base for AI.
What you get
Database design and build
Cleanly modeled databases on PostgreSQL and other proven systems: understandable, extensible, exportable.
Migration and cleanup
Excel collections and legacy systems become one consistent data foundation: duplicates removed, formats unified, nothing lost.
Reporting and dashboards
Key figures come straight from the database instead of manual work: live dashboards and reports that update themselves.
Data as an AI knowledge base
Your structured data becomes the foundation for assistants and search: answers come from your own records, with sources attached.
Standard technology instead of a black box
We build on PostgreSQL and open formats: your data stays exportable as SQL and remains yours, regardless of who you work with in five years. Hosting on EU servers, in your cloud or on premises.
Before anything is rebuilt, we take stock: what data exists, where does it live, who needs it? Only then do we design the model and migrate step by step, without stopping day-to-day operations.
Security is part of the design: access roles, encryption, automated backups and a recovery plan that has been tested before it is ever needed.
Questions about Data & Databases
Questions about Data & DatabasesOur data lives in dozens of Excel files. Can you still work with that?
Yes, that is the most common starting point. We import the files automatically, clean duplicates and format errors, and move everything into a structured database. Excel can live on as a view, but the truth lives in one place.
Which database systems do you use?
PostgreSQL by default, because it is powerful, open and runs anywhere. Depending on the case also MySQL, SQLite or specialized systems such as vector databases for AI search. Existing systems get connected rather than replaced.
How safe is our data?
Access only with permission, encryption in transit and at rest, automated backups with tested recovery, and hosting in the EU or on your own infrastructure. The details are fixed in the data protection concept.
